Kunal Ointment / Cream Manufacturing plants are ideal for the Pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries for the production of Ointment, Tooth-paste, Lotions and other emulsions.
The combined action of horizontal blade and specially designed anchor insures most efficient mixing with shearing action of homogenizer, important while working with viscous products.
Our standard plant comprises of components such as manufacturing vessel and agitators with flush bottom valve, wax / water phase vessel with side mounted fast speed stirrer, flush bottom valve and conical filter. Manufacturing vessel with variable speed anchor and fast speed emulsifier fitted with mechanical seal. Lifting hydraulic for manufacturing vessel, spray ball on top cover for cleaning mail vessel. Electric panel board with all necessary controls.

Multimill relies on impact in air. Material is dropped from a feed hopper into the commuting chamber where it comes in contact with blades rotating at high speed.
Blades are differentially edged and placed in desired direction to achieve shear.
Material entering the chamber is imparted to the periphery & passes through the circular screen tangentially and radially achieving particle size reduction.

Kunal Sifters are designed and built to solve the most difficult classifying, separating and dewatering problems.
One to five screen surfaces are superimposed to yield up to six predetermined fractions.
Kunal Sifters are being used to make accurate separations ranging from 2” (51mm) to 0.0014” (0.3556mm) (400 mesh).
Standard models, size from 12” diameter to 48” and equipped with the finest quality screens, are built of mild or stainless steel.

This type of granulator is used extensively in pharmaceuticals.
These machines have a stainless steel mixing bowl containing a three-bladed main impeller, which revolves in the horizontal plane, and a three-bladed auxiliary chopper (breaker blade) which revolves either in the vertical or the horizontal plane.
Advantages: This is the most popular blender with very fast granulation. Mixing, Massing and Granulation take place in a single bowl.

Kunal Fluid Bed Dryers have proven their excellence in drying pharmaceutical granules and in drying of food, milk powder, coffee / tea and chemical products.
In Kunal Fluid Bed Dryer, the loaded wet material is completely fluidized by a powerful stream of hot air there by achieving high heat transfer rate and uniform temperature distribution throughout the process.
This results in reduced drying time and achieving high productivity in comparison with other dryers.
As drying temperature is low, and duration is short, physical and chemical properties of the product are generally not affected.
